01 / Packing technologies

Three ways to pack your products.

The choice depends on the product’s shape and dimensions, the packaging material and the required result.

01 / Flow wrapping

Flow wrapping

A product or an agreed group of products is sealed in a pack formed from film. This method suits batches that require a consistent packing process.

We agree the film specification, pack dimensions and product orientation before starting the job.

02 / Shrink film

Shrink wrapping

Heat shrinks the film around a product or group of products, creating a close-fitting individual pack or multipack.

We check factors such as product dimensions and suitability for the process conditions.

03 / Strapping

Strapping

We bundle products and secure packs with strapping. The strapping method is selected to suit the type and stability of the bundle.

We select the strap type and strapping pattern for each product.

02 / From enquiry to order

We agree the scope before packing starts.

Not every technology suits every product. We first review your requirements and assess whether we can process the batch.

  2. Agree the packaging requirementsThe required result, material, product grouping and deadline.
  3. Confirm the process and termsAfter assessing the product and available machinery, we agree the scope and quotation. If a trial is needed, we arrange it individually.

03 / A quotation for your project

Tell us about the batch you need to pack.

Let us know whether you need a one-off batch or repeat orders. Include your packaging material requirements and tell us whether the material will be supplied with the product.

We confirm feasibility, timing, material and throughput for each job after assessing the product and process.

Which packing technologies do you offer?

We offer three technologies: flow wrapping, shrink wrapping and strapping. We confirm whether a technology is suitable after assessing the product.

What information do you need for a quotation?

The product type and photographs, dimensions and weight, quantity, preferred packing method, material requirements and deadline.

Can I check the packing result in advance?

If the project assessment requires product trials, we agree their scope and arrangements for supplying samples individually.

Can contract packing be combined with storage?

We also offer full-pallet storage at the same location. We agree how to combine the services and sequence goods receipt, packing and dispatch for each project.
