Z-WRAP is manufactured using the blown film process on modern multilayer film production lines. Its seven-layer structure allows raw materials and additives to be distributed across the layers to combine strength, stretch and adhesion.

The high C8 polymer content supports the film's mechanical properties. The result is a material designed for the demanding task of protecting silage from bale wrapping until the forage is used. Effective protection also depends on the correct pre-stretch, overlap and number of layers applied to the bale, following the recommendations for the selected product.
