POLPACK ZEUS designs and manufactures automatic pallet wrapping machines and pallet transport systems in Poland. We start with your loads, required output, available space and working environment, then configure wrapping, conveyors and integration with palletising, labelling or PP/PET strapping.

Configuration
From a single pallet to a complete line.
SIEMENS or UNITRONICS controls
We select the control platform, operator panel and integration scope for the factory. The standard touchscreen has a Polish-language menu; tell us your language requirements when configuring the project.
Pallet transport designed for the factory
Our own roller conveyors, turntables and pallet lifts connect feeding, wrapping and discharge. Integration with a palletising station or existing line is agreed after reviewing the layout and control interfaces. We analyse cycle times and transfers between machines.
Versions for demanding environments
Stainless-steel construction and enhanced resistance to moisture are available. We select materials, components and protection for the working environment and cleaning method.
Pallet labelling
Pallet labellers can be integrated into the transport and wrapping line. Label size, application position and data transfer are agreed during design to support identification in storage and dispatch.
PP or PET pallet strapping
An optional strapping section can supplement stretch-film protection. We select polypropylene or polyester strap, tension and strap positions for the load and transport process.

Designed around your process
We analyse your pallet formats, throughput, feed and discharge method, operating environment and available space. The scope of automation follows the production process.
Delivery and commissioning
We agree installation, commissioning, operator training and integration responsibilities in the quotation. Safeguarding and access arrangements form part of the project.
Film selection and consumption audit
We test stretch film and wrapping settings against load protection and material use. Pre-stretch and film tension are different parameters; maximum pre-stretch is not a guaranteed percentage saving.
Service and spare parts
Our own service team supports inspections, repairs and spare parts. For international deliveries, service arrangements and travel costs are agreed individually.

Can Wrapper VO be integrated into an existing line?
Yes. We assess pallet feeding and discharge, the workstation layout and control interfaces, then select the wrapper, conveyors and integration scope.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Pallet dimensions and weights, product types, required pallets per hour and a floor plan of the available space. Photographs or a video of the current process are also useful.
Do you select stretch film for the automatic wrapper?
Yes. We match the film and settings to the machine and load. Trials and a film-consumption audit help assess wrapping cost and pallet protection.
Is the 45% film-cost reduction guaranteed for every line?
No. That result belongs to the documented pet-food installation. Results elsewhere depend on the previous process, film, loads and settings, and are established through trials.
