Wrapper SE is a compact pallet wrapping machine for stretch film or netting. It combines manual and semi-automatic modes, memory for 10 programmes and adjustment of turntable and carriage speed during the cycle. We manufacture the machine in Poland and match its configuration, film and settings to your loads.

Machine, film and load
We select stretch film suitable for the brake system and check consumption per pallet alongside load protection. The film, tension and wrapping programme must work together. Trials establish the settings suitable for your product.

Serviceable controls
Wrapper SE uses separate control components instead of one integrated control board. Where appropriate, an individual component can be repaired or replaced without replacing the entire panel. Our service team assesses each fault and the repair required.
Installation and operator training
We provide machine selection, delivery, installation, wrapping settings and operator training, with scope agreed in the quotation. Our own service team supports the machine after commissioning.

Standard equipment
Rigid steel-profile frame; quiet turntable with selected rollers; separate function buttons suitable for use with gloves; manual and semi-automatic modes; memory for 10 programmes; turntable and carriage speed adjustment during operation; adjustable film overhang above the load and numbers of top and bottom wraps.
Cycle and handling
Mechanical friction brake, load-height photocell, soft start and turntable positioning. Forklift pockets allow the machine to be repositioned. The cycle can be paused, but a programme pause is not a safety stop: follow the machine manual and safe-stop procedure before approaching or adjusting the load.
Optional equipment
Weighing system, electromagnetic brake and ultrasonic load-height detection as an alternative to the photocell.
Special versions
Stainless-steel or chemical-resistant construction; versions for cold stores and freezing temperatures; reinforced construction, alternative supply voltage and IP protection agreed for the application.

SE or SA?
Compact SE or a different configuration?
SE provides a compact brake-controlled solution. Wrapper SA offers alternative equipment and film-system configurations, including optional single-motor pre-stretch. Compare the options against your load, daily output and loading method.
Prepare your enquiry
Send the minimum and maximum pallet dimensions, load weight, pallets per shift, loading method, available space and operating temperature. Include details of the current film and any unstable loads.

Standard specifications and available options. A structural design margin does not permit exceeding the rated capacity of the supplied machine. Final equipment and parameters are agreed for your application.
Column height is not the same as usable wrapping height. We confirm the required wrapping height when selecting the machine.

Warranty and support
5-year warranty. Annual inspection.
Wrapper SE is covered by a 5-year warranty, subject to annual inspections and the warranty terms. Contact us for details and inspection arrangements. For international deliveries, installation, commissioning, service arrangements and travel costs are agreed individually.

Does Wrapper SE require an operator?
Yes. SE is a semi-automatic machine. The operator handles the pallet and film as specified in the operating instructions; it is not a fully automatic conveyor line.
Can the machine work in a cold store?
Versions for cold stores and freezing temperatures can be prepared on request. Tell us the operating temperature, humidity and cleaning conditions so we can select the construction and components.
Can we test our pallets and film?
Contact us to arrange trials at our Warsaw showroom. We confirm the available model and test scope in advance.
